WE BELIEVE EVERY DOG DESERVES A CHANCE FOR A HAPPY AND HEALTHY LIFE…

but we can’t do it without your help.

Your donation, no matter the size, fuels our mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned dogs in Puerto Escondido.

Huellitas de Acero A.C. Puerto Escondido relies entirely on donations from members of the animal-loving community to support dogs in need! Financial gifts are desperately needed to pay for food, medicine, veterinary care, and shelter maintenance.

We understand that everyone has their preferred way of giving. Here are several convenient options to donate and make a difference in the lives of rescued dogs at Huellitas de Acero A.C.

This is the official donation platform for Huellitas de Acero A.C. Puerto Escondido.

100% of your donations go directly to:

  • Fortifying existing structures to make them waterproof and secure to protect our pups during the rainy season
  • Building fencing to secure separate areas for smaller dogs or dogs that are recovering from medical treatment
  • Building benches for the dogs to lay on so they don’t have to sleep in the dirt
  • Regular flea and tick treatment, veterinary care, medicine, food and water for 130+ dogs

The that the shelter costs average about $3,000 USD/month and every dollar of your donations directly contribute to the dogs. We are a 100% volunteer run organization.

Any help you can provide will go a long way in making life better for these sweet dogs. One hundred percent of your donation goes to the dogs at the shelter.

Note: When you click the button below to donate, you’ll be taken to Zeffy – our official donation platform. 15% is automatically added to your donation by Zeffy however this is completely optional and you can change that 15% to ‘Other’ > $0 so that 100% of the donation goes to our dogs.
